Pointers/Advice for the Auditions
We'd most probably be auditioning according to section, and section by section.
Here are a few things to note, based on my experience.

1. Bring your scores, refer to them occasionally (once or twice), and do not look like you're depending on them, because you shouldn't be.
2. Always stay focused. Mr Kwei may audition you guys in a particular order, but he may also choose not to do so.
3. Do not talk.
4. Do not stop singing after you've made a mistake. Just continue.
5. Be confident of yourself, but before you can be confident, you have to know your parts.
6. Listen carefully for the note given to you, its rude to ask for the note a second time because it shows you weren't listening.
7. Do not make comments or laugh at your friends after they've auditioned.

  • COME PUNCTUALLY. HAZIQ OR WEE HAN WILL FINE YOU IRREGARDLESS OF HOW YOU BEG/PLEAD FOR LENIENCY. AND PAY UP YOUR FINES.

    • PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL FOR CHOIR PRACTICE
     Being late or punctual will be at the Treasurers' discretion. If you are in school earlier, but you don't come in punctually for practice, you'd be considered late as well.
